A recent personal project took me down the path of designing a medium format camera to 3D print. I got the idea from Dora Goodman Labs who did a lot to bring 3D printing of cameras to the masses. And, I’d recently started using Shapr3D on my iPad. While waiting for my test prints to come back from the printer I keyshotedup a few renders on what the final camera will look like. Already, I’ve made some changes, but these images get the idea across. Lens and film back will be from 1960s and 1970s cameras. If you’re interesting in knowing more about this, message me.

Interesting use of 3D printers, really like the lighting and material. I’ve only got some models 3D printed because I won the prints. See it was already in 2010, pff getting old but that material roughness looks convincing.
